Times Microwave Systems (TMS) is currently recruiting a Sales Development Manager to further strengthen its Europe Sales Organization.The Sales Development Manager drives the business with existing and prospective customers from lead generation to series production. She/he is responsible for Revenue & Pipeline growth in her/his assigned territory and/or markets. We are looking for enthusiastic and genuine individuals with a strong sense of ownership and proven ability in technical sales.The position reports to Gregory Fassbender, Sales Director Europe.RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain relationships with customers (travel as required). Develop new business opportunities in target markets from lead generation to series production. Promote TMS products and technologies, including custom solutions; define product specifications with the support of Engineering when needed. Own the sales process from promotion to order fulfillment together with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service and Program teams. Collaborate with Distributors and external Sales Representatives to ensure optimal customer coverage in target markets and territories. Drive marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Team: develop specific presentations and brochure, participate to Tradeshows etc… Provide regular forecast updates, contribute to Year+1 Budgets and +3-Year’s Strategy PlanningEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline. 4 years’+ experience in Sales, Product Engineering, Operations Engineering or related activities. Experience as Technical Sales or Field Applications Engineer is a plus. Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products preferred.SKILLS AND ABILITY EXPECTATIONS Enthusiastic, self-starting personality with desire to directly impact the success of the company.
