Cable Assembly Operator Mesa, Arizona

The Cable Assembly Operator is responsible to correctly and efficiently complete wire and cable assemblies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Read wire diagrams, blue prints and schematics for cable assembly. Assemble wires into cables and harness systems per schematic drawings. Wrap and tie wires at designated points to form harness. Assemble electrical components, systems and/or subsystems. Use automatic and hand held wire strippers for wire ends. Measure wires and finished cable assemblies for quality. Solder parts or connections between parts. Solder, wrap, and coat wires to ensure proper installation. Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.Job Requirements High School diploma or GED.
