The Assembly Technician has a multi-functional role that includes assembly and repair of electronic components. Starting pay for this position is $20/hr.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Follows Work Instructions and Blueprints to assemble electronic units, subassemblies, wiring harnesses and mechanical assemblies to precise specifications.· As needed, perform pepair and overhaul on Electronic Components, Wiring Harnesses, and Assemblies to correct defects.· Assist with diagnosing problems and implement preventative measures to reduce the need for rework.· Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues for assemblies that fail testing.· Provides technical support and solutions to problems.· Performs other duties as requiredJob Requirements· College Diploma or equivalent work experience in electronics, preferred.· IPC-A-610, IPC-WHMA-620 and/or JSTD-001 certifications, preferred.· Electronic and Mechanical Assembly experience, including the use of Hand tools and Soldering Iron, preferred.· Experience repairing electronic units, preferred.· Excellent problem-solving skills.· Excellent mechanical aptitude.· Keen attention to detail and quality.· Ability to interpret drawings and Work Instructions, preferred.· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.· Ability to bend, stoop and reach.· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, occasionally.· WHIMS / GHS training an asset.

The Key AccountManager serves as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to facilitate the efficient delivery of products and services. The Key Account Manager leads a cross-functional team that includes members from sales, engineering, purchasing and operations to provide excellent customer service and achieve program and Program objectives for delivery, cost and quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages customer programs from purchase order though final delivery. Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery of projects. Establishes and cultivates excellent customer relationships. Serves as the primary interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information. Works with Engineering and Operations Teams to ensure quality products are produced per customer specifications. Works with Operations and Planning Teams to confirm appropriate delivery dates. Regularly communicates with and updates customers regarding program progress, delivery dates, and metrics. Helps problem solve pricing and/or delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains and monitors Issues Register for each program to ensure timely resolution of all open actions. Performs risk management and escalates to management appropriately. Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures. Ensures that the Company has appropriate legal documentation for all contractual obligations. Ensures that all technical communications and shipments to customers are in compliance with ITAR. Under general direction of the Director of Engineering, the Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for new product, mechanical design, product improvements, documentation, production fixture design, reliability analysis as well as providing technical expertise and product knowledge using a variety of engineering disciplines. The Mechanical Design Engineer will also work collaboratively with other members of the Engineering team to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead engineering projects covering the company's range of technology and product areas Design and develop complete devices that integrate mechanical, electrical/electronic components Interact with Product Management, Marketing and Customers to fully understand product requirements and develop cost effective and innovative solutions Create solid models and drawings for assembly, components, tooling and fixturing in SolidWorks Perform Finite Element Analysis on high stress components Work with internal and external vendors and consultants to create and test functional prototypes of new devices, component changes, and design improvements Create designs that are aligned with assembly and manufacturing capabilities; perform Design-for-Manufacturing reviews Work with Manufacturing Engineering to develop assembly, process control and quality workmanship procedures Perform product verification and validations according to the defined design inputs and product specifications Develop multi-level Bill-of-Materials Write reports, specifications, correspondence, and procedures Ensure products comply with and are certified to applicable specifications and regulatory standards Stay abreast of any new technologies, including design software, rules, design practices etc. Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic products Perform schematic design, analysis, and Simulation of electronic circuits Provide guidance to internal and external sour
