Connector Account Manager APC - Nashua NH
The Connector Account Manager position is responsible for managing connector customer accounts and acting as a liaison between our customer base, sales and marketing teams, and other functional groups within the business unit. The position will also determine pricing for our connector products through both market analysis and cost analysis. They will represent the company and act in the best interest of the company by insuring that the business goals and demands are met. They are the customer’s advocate and provide support for all day-to-day activities and requests that occur. Effectively support, communicate and flow down all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner resulting in customer satisfaction. Duties/Responsibilities:· Responsible for the pricing of all connector and piece part product lines.· Responsible for quote cycle time and margin.· Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations (responsiveness, effective communication, flexibility).· Integration between Customers, Field Sales, Marketing Team, Operations and Engineering.· Backlog management (integrate demand with Program Managers and Planning).· Process weekly order statuses in a timely manner – i.e. 24-48 hours.· Generate quotes and work with sales/customers to negotiate and close orders.· Purchase Order verification and order processing/auditing.· Attend production meetings (as required).· Identify and respond to issues that may affect delivery commitments.· Resolve/elevate specific customer issues by informing the appropriate management and notify the customer upon resolution.· Manage customer(s) portals and scorecards for “Core” customers.· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Requirements:· Bachelors/Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience in customer service/mark

This position is responsible for the interdepartmental movement, tracking, planning and coordination of work in progress throughout the assembly operation.Duties/Responsibilities: Tracking the progress of critical builds throughout various stages of production. Recognize and mitigate potential risks to critical builds. Exercising sound judgment in regard to navigating process obstacles/challenges. Coordinating, planning and communicating incoming/outgoing builds to stakeholders up, down and laterally. Forecasting build times in consideration of sections’ work load. Assisting Group Leaders and Supervisors with planning/coordinating work in progress to meet department goals May be required to cross train in other departments. This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Requirements: Ability to escalate challenges to respective stakeholders. Composed, tactful and professional approach/demeanor Able to effectively communicate (written and spoken) at all levels of organization.
