This position is responsible for the design specifications and data for flexible printed circuits, sculptured and others.Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Evaluates customer applications, designs, drawings, data and fabrication specifications for all related design functions.  Assign projects. Establish schedule dates, monitor and update schedule.  Generates or modifies finalized information, drawings and fabrication specifications required for data. Interfaces with sales, customers, vendors and other engineering or manufacturing departments required to generate the above.  Generates or supervises the generation of data as required by the above specifications.  Operates or utilizes any and all available equipment required to complete the above tasks.  Maintains systems and procedures.  Assists in maintaining adequate department inventory of supplies.  Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Education and/or Experience: Bachelors’ Degree in engineering preferably mechanical or electrical or equivalent experience.  Two years of industry experience.  Good organization skills, ability to manage critical tasks independently and work in collaboration with others are a must. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.  Must be knowledgeable in ANSI Y14.5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced work environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft office. Travel to domestic or international customer sites may be required on a limited basis. Ability to work with high degree of independence. Amphenol Printed Circuits currently has an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified Master Scheduler. This individual is responsible for loading the factory to ensure all job orders are produced and delivered On-time to customers. The Master Scheduler will oversee the Planning Managers, interface with production managers and Sales Representatives.Duties/Responsibilities: Creates and manages valid production schedule including review of all new job orders to confirm appropriate turn-around time. Analyzes schedule for customer pull in and push out requests. Responsible for load and capacity planning including analysis and leading action planning with operations management team. Includes items such as management ofpersonnel, material and equipment resources needed to meet production schedules and to protect on-time delivery. Works with materials to facilitate proper material alignment. Responsible for data integrity in the system surrounding the production plan, forecast, customer orders, inventory order and capacity constraints. Responsible to make sure all operation departments are adhering to the production schedule and adjusting the production schedule where necessary to maintain on-time delivery to the customer. Review daily reports regarding work in progress to maintain a constant awareness of jobs being processed, factory issues and equipment malfunctions to quickly determine necessary alternatives to maintain production schedules and on-time delivery. The Quality Engineer I position is responsible for helping plan, coordinate, and implement process controls designed to ensure quality control and quality assurance through all levels of the organization. Provides direct assessments of operations and opportunities for performance improvements through internal quality assessments. Helps to resolve quality issues, taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary, by implementing performance improvements; through integration of policies and systems.Duties/Responsibilities: Working directly with customer drawings, PO’s, specifications, quality systems flow downs, (e.g., pack and ship sheets), supplier quality requirements (SQR’s), and customer websites or portals. Supports the preparation and review of quality documentation and deliverables for fulfilling technical requirements for final product delivery. Maintains communications with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, Quoting, Customers and Suppliers on quality related issues. Communication and interpersonal skills required to Interface with personnel at various technical and managerial levels, helping to identify quality issues and collaboratively pursue solutions. Recommend, develop, implement and maintain quality assurance systems, methods and procedures.
