The Accounts Receivable Specialist position is responsible for all the transactions related to the payment of invoices, receipt of cash and collections on overdue accounts. In addition, responsible for tracking and reporting on Fixed Assets for the division.Duties/Responsibilities: Post cash receipts on a daily basis according to remittance Distribute Customer invoices daily (including uploading to online portals) Manage Customer accounts to ensure timely payments Communicating with Customers, regularly, for all overdue invoices and processing their outstanding credits memos. Provide account statements and related documents including proof of delivery when requested by Customer Process RMAs and credit memos, accurately and timely Analyze Customer accounts for proper handling of RMA’s and credit memos Prepare weekly AR Aging and cash collection reports. Distribute monthly AR statements to Customers and other Amphenol divisions. A working knowledge of all aspects of AC power (3 phase to single phase) and DC power, electronics, computers, and PLC’s as pertains to equipment in a manufacturing environment that includes complex systems that integrate all these functions to allow the equipment to operate. Experience with Hitachi Drill and Orbotech Automated Optical Inspection equipment a plus, but not required. Read & interpret operation/maintenance manuals, as well as other technical documents (i.e. mechanical blueprints/electrical schematics). Prior experience in the maintenance of Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing equipment a plus, but not required. Ability to effect at least temporary repairs to PVC/copper plumbing in an emergency. Perform a variety of other maintenance activities on a proactive & reactive daily basis. This position is responsible for performing all types of hand soldering and assembly functions on deliverable products.Duties/Responsibilities: Use a soldering iron to perform through-hole, SMT, and jumper wire soldering on all products requiring solder operations. Perform a variety of mechanical assembly process, including but not limited to use of x-y presses, toggle presses hand tools, potting molds, forming equipment, manufacturing equipment, etc. Carefully follow all machine process documentation and machine safety requirements. Daily use of a microscope for verification of product quality. Operation of process specific machinery, such as SMT, wave solder, potting, conformal coating, etc. Use assembly specific documentation, including routes, bills of material, and prints to correctly solder components to meet J-STD-001 requirements.
