The Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting all production operations. Technicians will be mentored by Engineers and become fully capable of supporting production.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Proven proficiencies in the operation and maintenance of all production equipment (braid machinery, wire processing equipment, ovens, fixturing, etc. Provides technical support in troubleshooting, debugging, and repairing machines to ensure that equipment is running at full capacity Problem solves, recommends, and implements solutions for internal production issues and customer design issues Assist with engineering efforts to launch new products into production Participate in the development and/or revision of SOP's and work instructions Assists with process and documentation changes as required by internal and customer-driven engineering changes Work with Production Management and Quality Assurance to resolve production issues and provide feedback Uses troubleshooting skills to resolve process, product quality, safety, and identify equipment requiring maintenance Performs all duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship Supports training and development of operations team members Any other task as assigned by SupervisorJob Requirements Minimum 3 years of related experience, cable and wire harness experience highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Must be team orientated and willing to break down barriers

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to develop and drive quality-driven manufacturing systems, processes and equipment for the production of new and existing harness and cable assemblies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities·        Develops processes for the efficient production of harness systems.·        Creates and maintains work instruction to optimize manufacturability·        Problem solves and recommends solutions for internal production issues and customer design issues·        Assist with engineering efforts to implement new products into production·        Designs and implements tools and fixtures required for effective manufacturing·        Investigates, recommends, justifies and implements new equipment purchases·        Assists with process and documentation changes as required by internal and customer-driven engineering changes·        Interprets drawing packages and internal BOMS, and audits for accuracy·        Provides expert technical support to production teams·        Supports purchasing, quality, test and production departments to ensure product integrity is maintained·        Performs other tasks as assigned by ManagerJob Requirements·        BS in Engineering or related field·        Minimum 2 years Manufacturing Engineering experience, wire harness experience preferred·        Strong written and verbal communication skills·        Excellent organizational skills·        Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications·        Experience with Lean manufacturing·        Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
