Assembles electronic units, sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses and mechanical assemblies using various small tools. Adjusts, repairs or replaces electronic components or assemblies to correct defects. The Master Scheduler is responsible for the systems and processes used to plan ABT manufacturing to achieve desired business outcomes. Employs strong logical troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot assemblies and final systems to the component level. Utilizes basic test equipment including, but not limited to, power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators, to test and troubleshoot assemblies. Analyzes and corrects field returns or unusual test problems. Provides technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to resolve problems.
