The Director of Business Development is responsible to identify, target and execute on sales goals to increase Amphenol Borisch Technologies’ backlog, grow ABT’s standard margin and diversify across market segments. The Director executes on these objectives by partnering with the AMAO Sales Force and developing strong, healthy relationships with current customers. The Director is also responsible to create and implement marketing plans that support the strategic direction of the Company. The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager promotes a safe and healthy working environment for Amphenol Borisch Technology and Amphenol Griffith Enterprises team members. The EHS Manager is responsible for the overall performance and improvements of the environmental, health and safety systems at all facilities (Michigan, Arizona and Mexico). The EHS Manager leads and coordinates auditing activities (EHS, QMS, Training, etc.).Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Upholds and improves safety policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and ensure a safe work environment for all team members.· Maintains expertise regarding interpretation of federal, state and local EHS regulations at each facility.· Leads EHS audits and inspections at each facility to detect existing or potential safety hazards. Makes recommendations for corrective or preventive measures to management.· Leads Quality Management System audits (AS9100, OHSAS, ISO, Nadcap, etc.)· Manages the internal audit program, including scheduling, facilitating and reporting audit results.· Investigates work-related injuries/illnesses, on-the-job accidents and/or near misses.
