Position location - Mesa, AZThis position is responsible for providing technical expertise in production processes as well as preventive and reactive maintenance of production machinery. Coordinates/ monitors the manufacturing and testing processes of production projects. Coordinates the PM activities for production machinery to meet project objectives. Instructs/ monitors hourly skilled trades personnel in the proper PM habits for all production machinery as well as the proper daily operation of production machinery. Duties/Responsibilities:· Must be able to update order entry system with current shipments, and prepare packing lists along with C of C's with each statement.· Maintains freight logs and air bills of lading, then prepares and delivers all proper documentation to the Accounting Department.· Works with the Accounting Department on special orders, i.e., C.O.D. and foreign shipments. · Responsible for making arrangements for special pickups through various transit companies. · Maintains an inventory of all required shipping materials.· Prepares purchase requisitions for supplies as needed.· Maintains and organizes wait list on a daily basis.· Performs special packaging to insure delivery of a protected quality product.· Responsible for keeping shelves stocked with various supplies at all times.· Maintain JIT inventory management of sub-inventory.· Packaging product for shipment to suppliers and customers.· Ability to meet month end overtime requirements as directed by Materials Department Management.· Release of production kits to manufacturing floor to maintain process flow and productivity requirements.· Follows established safety procedures and reports.· This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends. · May be required to cross train in other departments.· Will be required to perform other duties a

Duties/Responsibilities:· Project responsibility for production process runs.· Provide assistance to Manufacturing Group Leader.· Diagnose machinery and troubleshoot emergency equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.· A working knowledge of process manufacturing equipment.· Ability to read and interpret operation/ maintenance manuals, as well as other technical documents (i.e. mechanical blueprints/ electrical schematics). · Provide Engineering support to customer inquiries as required.· Prior experience in the maintenance of PC assembly manufacturing equipment, such as SMT, wave solder, thermal chamber, soldering stations a plus.· Develop documents and processes for new products by working with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing.· Self-starter capable of managing daily activities, PM as well as RM to insure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum.· Responsible for EHS related reporting.· Review and update existing processes for validity.· Initiate equipment rearrangements or acquisitions that improves quality, reduces throughput time or increases productivity.· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and division.· This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends. · Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Requirements: · An associates&r

Position location - Mesa, AZThis position is responsible for the In Process as well as Final Inspection of all deliverable product per IPC-A-610 and other appropriate industry specifications.Duties/Responsibilities:· Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures and Amphenol’s company safety regulations.· Visual inspection of all acceptability aspects of deliverable product.· Must be able to use micrometers, Verniers, and pin gauges.· Knowledge of coordinate measurement machine (CMM) use is desirable.· Ability to follow process instructions on work documents such as batch cards and Inspection Reports.· Perform electrical testing when required to insure acceptability. · Assembly level inspection per IPC-A-610 and other industry specifications.· Component level inspection per necessary documentation.· Documentation requirements and understanding for department.· Ability to work in multiple departments based on workload.· This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends. · Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Requirements: · 2 years assembly experience in electronics manufacturing or equivalent experience.· Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and specifications.· Understand and use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.· Strong organization skills and excellent communication skills.· Continuous Improvement Participation.· Basic computer experience- MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook. · Certification to IPC-A-610 a plus but not required. Position Location - Mesa, ArizonaThis position is responsible for performing all types of hand soldering and assembly functions on deliverable products.Duties/Responsibilities:·         Use a soldering iron to perform through-hole, SMT, and jumper wire soldering on all products requiring solder operations.·         Perform a variety of mechanical assembly process, including but not limited to use of x-y presses, toggle presses hand tools, potting molds, forming equipment, manufacturing equipment, etc.·         Carefully follow all machine process documentation and machine safety requirements.·         Daily use of a microscope for verification of product quality.·         Operation of process specific machinery, such as SMT, wave solder, potting, conformal coating, etc.·         Use assembly specific documentation, including routes, bills of material, and prints to correctly solder components to meet J-STD-001 requirements.·         Understand and follow all process control specifications.·         Perform in-process inspections with a clear understanding of acceptance and rejection criteria.·         Actively participate in continuous improvement work.·         This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.     ·         Comply with department specific safety rules and general Amphenol policies.·         Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.     Requirements:·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.·         Ability to read and follow all short sheets/customer documents.·         Ability to pass a standard vision test.·         Ability to solder and inspect using a microscope.·         3+ years’ experience soldering.·         Ability to work with limited supervision, multi task in a fast paced environment.·         Ability to work standing for extended peri
