The Configurations Manager is responsible for providing engineering technical support to Production, Quality, Pricing, Business Development and Purchasing. Emphasis is on supporting TDP/BOM releases for design prototypes and production releases, with continued support throughout duration of contract as needed. The Configurations Manager carries responsibility for input on TDP’s/BOM’s for product as released by Programs and Design Engineering.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Supervises, trains, directs, and coordinates the activities of Configuration Administration and Configuration Engineering team members· Manages and maintains scheduling/priority of work load within the department· Reviews and evaluates all new solicitations and assigns work where applicable· Responsible for the maintenance of Technical Data Packages and BOM packages for all customers· Responsible for the maintenance of an organized filing system for all Technical Data Packages, ECN’s, NOR’s, ECP’s/ECO’s and cost evaluations.· Manages and assists in the creation of BOMs from customer supplied parts lists and Technical Data Packages for new solicitations and jobs· Responsible for the maintenance of BOM change notifications; initiation, monitoring and implementation· Responsible for fulfilling print requests and ECN requests for Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Business Development and Pricing· Manages requests related to document distribution· Performs other tasks assigned by supervisorJob Requirements· BS Degree in Engineering or related field, or minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality· 2 years leadership experience, preferred· Experience in leading/managing significant projects· Experience in reviewing technical data packages including drawings and bill of materials· Experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools (FEMA, Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D, Value St
Production Supervisor (1st Shift) ABT

The Production Supervisor leads their team to ensure efficient production and expected performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Supervises direct reports and provides leadership to department· Trains, supports and monitors and direct reports to ensure expected job performance· Responsible for meeting and exceeding Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity goals· Monitors schedule requirements through Production schedules or Pull System· Leads Continuous Improvement projects and processes using LEAN tools and concepts· Evaluates performance of direct reports by writing and administering reviews in a timely manner· Provides coaching and development to team members· Provide data and reports as required· Oversee daily stand- up meetings and provide support as needed· Evaluates labor requirements and works with Operations/ Production Manager to assure proper staffing levels· Determines and manages overtime needs throughout work cells· Recommends solutions for new equipment, process changes, shift suggestions, overtime, etc.· Resolves material issues by working with Purchasing and material management· Performs other tasks as assigned by ManagerJob Requirements· BA or BS or minimum four years leadership experience· Minimum five years’ experience in Manufacturing environment· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Ability to interact well and coach team members· Excellent computer skills. The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible to effectively supervise and coach Purchasing team members as they procure materials and products required for the operation of the business. They assist Purchasing team members to attain best product quality, cost and effective supply. In addition, the Purchasing Supervisor is a working Supervisor and also manages a small procurement commodity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Supervise and direct the activities of Buyers on the Purchasing team.· Coach and mentor Buyers to improve service and performance in the following areas:o Cultivate strong relationships with key supplierso Communicate quality and delivery metrics to suppliers through Quarterly Reviews and Scorecard reporting.o Be a subject matter expert on electronics commodities (e.g. connectors, passive/active components, PCB, cable/wire)o Challenge and justify all price changes, both increases and surcharges (PAR Forms)o Develop strong relationships with Operations, Planning and Contracts departments· Understand primary inventory drivers and make recommendations to control inventory· Implement commodity strategies accordingly for savings verse standard cost· Lead ERP initiatives to improve internal and external supply chain processes (EDI, Reporting, Dashboarding etc.)· Serve as the primary Supply Chain owner of the Approved Supplier list· Negotiate Long Term Supply Agreements· Meet with Supplier Representatives; Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Key Suppliers· Investigate problems and help develop solutions for supply chain problems· Serve as first level of elevation for expedites, pricing negotiation and buyer support· Manage a small procurement commodity· Perform other tasks assigned by ManagerJob Requirements· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Operations/Supply Chain Management or a technical discipline· Minimum 3 years operations or supply chain exper

The Sr. Buyer works hand in hand with the Commodity Specialist to procure critical materials, parts, equipment, supplies and services for the organization. The Sr. Buyer recommends and procures products and services where the financial impact to the Company is substantial. The Sr. Buyer ensures that products and services purchased are of excellent quality, procured at a competitive price and delivered as promised.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Coordinate procurement of required products and services from intent to purchase through delivery· Determine the requirements of commodities, including specifications, quality and schedule requirements· Request and evaluate quotes for the commodities· Negotiate the lowest possible cost for commodities that meet quality, quantity and schedule requirements· Implement purchase orders that comply with company and government regulations· Manage and maintain required documentation for purchases, including orders, amendments and shipping notices· Apply Total Cost of Acquisition principle to short and long term buying decisions· Purchase approval required after $10,000· Support the Commodity Specialist in the bid for bid process· Train departments towards the best interests of the company and initiate process improvements· Support and manage supplier replen, consignment and/or VMI systems· Coach and train less experienced Buyers· Manage projects and systems, including replenishment and consignment· Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisorJob Requirements· BA preferred· Minimum 3 years successful purchasing experience· Minimum 2 years successful negotiation experience· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software· Excellent organizational skills
