QUALITY ENGINEERJob Title: Quality Engineer Reports to: Quality ManagerFLSA: Exempt Location: West Palm Beach, FL SummaryThe Quality Engineer provides leadership for the Quality Inspection functions. The Quality Engineer works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend/implement solutions that improve product quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helps coach and direct the team to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers, driving improved customer service. Supports the management system performance and helps ensures compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. Helps drives a “root-cause” company culture with respect to problem solving. Verifies effectiveness of problem resolution by monitoring production performance after implementation. Creates and helps ensure all team members are trained as required. Helps facilitate training systems to ensure proper workforce development and competence. Performs all other duties as assigned.Job Requirements BS Degree in Engineering or related field, or minimum four (4) years’ experience in Quality Department Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Quality role. Experience utilizing Quality tools including: FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D, Value Stream Map, Process Flow, etc.) Working knowledge of AS9100, OHSAS 18001 and IPC requirements Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills Excellent computer skills including expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aerospace experience is a plus Experience in First Article Inspections and documentation is a plus

SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer – Level 2 supports the Production Department by resolving issues related to components, equipment and processes used in the manufacture of RF coaxial cable assemblies. The Manufacturing Engineer – Level 2 will work in concert with Production and Operations to assure efficient manufacturing of products to meet customer scheduling and quality requirements. The Manufacturing Engineer – Level 2 will lead and complete Lean Manufacturing oriented projects and goals to improve yield and efficiency.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Creating/maintaining/reviewing/improving/troubleshooting documentation related to manufacturing and testing of RF coaxial cable assemblies.• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements.• Identifying root cause of mechanical and electrical failures on the production floor.• Implementing process improvements to correct manufacturing inefficiencies and failures• Providing analysis and solutions to complex material screening and sorting issues• Designing/developing tooling and fixtures to support production needs• Providing training/qualification/validation for processes and equipment as required• Ensuring compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures.Qualifications/Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment• Experienced using Lean Principles and tools, Green belt or higher certification preferred• Experience in the manufacture of raw RF cable or cable assemblies, preferred• Experience using Control Processes and Procedures including Change Management System, Nonconformance Reports, Engineering Specifications, Takt time/rate, Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), and Work Instructions• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications• Proficiency with Sol

SummaryThe Production Engineer supports the Production Department by resolving issues related to components, equipment and processes used in the manufacturing of coaxial microwave cable assemblies. These cable assemblies are designed for high-speed data transmission at high and low temperatures for commercial, military and aerospace platform applications. Makes recommendations for improvements utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Oversee all operations in the department to maximize capacity and efficiency.• Drive Continuous Improvement by implementing visual management tools for metrics and scheduling, organizing areas for smooth flow (5S, layouts, bins, FIFO principles, Gemba walks).• Support scheduled Gemba stand-up meetings and provides support as needed.• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements.• Identify root cause of mechanical and electrical failures on the production floor.• Implement process improvements to correct manufacturing inefficiencies and failures.• Design/develop tooling and fixtures to support production needs.• Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures.• Assist in the control of processes for various operations (including safety and quality).• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures (both company and regulatory) to decrease the potential for team member injuries.• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by directing and educating team members on best practices.• Support Manufacturing and Quality Engineering in the training of the hourly operators.• Evaluate labor requirements and work with management to ensure proper staffing levels.• Make recommendations for new equipment, process changes, shift suggestions, overtime, etc. Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Indust
