The Braid Operator is responsible for supervising, maintaining, and troubleshooting the braiding operation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Set up braiders to include gear and bobbin changes, proper tension setting, changing adhesive pots, etc. Operate braider, maintaining close observation for any operational failures and product quality. Wind wire and yarn bobbins to include minor maintenance of bobbin winding machinery. Perform required maintenance on all braiders, including trouble shooting. Perform other tasks as directed.Job Requirements High School diploma or GED. Must be able to regularly sit, stand and walk Must be able to pass a Vision exam to inspect work at a close distance Must be able to read and understand wire diagrams, blueprints, and schematics Must be able to accurately use measuring tools and do basic math Must be able to effectively use all tools required for braid operating Must have keen attention to detail and quality Must be able to bend, stoop and reach Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

The Electronics Assembler assembles and/or modifies electronic components to precise specifications. 1st Shift Hours:Monday -Thursdayfrom 6:30am –3:30pm and every other Friday from6:30am – 2:30pm plus overtime when necessary.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assembles electronic circuit boards by installing components using soldering equipment and other small tools. Assembles electronic units, sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses and mechanical assemblies using various small tools. Adjusts, repairs or replaces electronic components or assemblies to correct defects. Performs other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.Job Requirements High School Diploma/GED, preferred Assembly experience, preferred Acute dexterity of fingers and hands Ability to use small tools Keen attention to detail and quality Excellent vision. The Machine Shop Technician supports Machine Shop production requirements by addressing manufacturing conditions that arise during production runs.The Machine Shop Technician works closely with the CNC Programmers through and after product implementation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that proper programming, work instructions, tooling, and fixtures are available to meet the production schedule for all reoccurring products Sets-up, operates, and troubleshoots machinery as needed Uses GibbsCAM to adjust Tool IDs and repost programs Monitors the efficiency of tool path and recommends programming edits to the CNC Programmers Actively implements new programs when and where needed Proactively identifies opportunities for improving production processes and reducing non-conforming product Modifies detailed work instructions and other necessary job aids to ensure effective CNC set-up and operation throughout the entire production process Analyzes and evaluates production issues to quickly and effectively create and implement adequate solutions Investigates, evaluates, and implements opportunities and systems to reduce machine shop labor and material costs Notifies the Production scheduler of material shortages Labels all scrap and re-work as soon as identified and separates these from the production parts Maintains organization and cleanliness in the machine shop Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisorJob Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum 3 years Machining experience in a production environment Proficient reading and understanding blue prints, models and specifications Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards and GD&T Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience working with/on machines and equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent problem solving skills Advanced math skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 l
