The Assembly Manufacturing Engineer I is responsible for developing, and implementing manufacturing methods & processes for a printed circuit board assembly operation. This position may assists with the maintenance of assembly equipment and may provide leadership support to a group of manufacturing technicians.Duties/Responsibilities:· Establishes processes and writes procedures (work instructions) to support the processes· Identifies ways to reduce operator variability by designing fixtures or tooling· Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout using statistical methods.· Recommend and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing techniques and process flows to execute both production and development programs within the Operations organization· Supports production floor through equipment procurement and training staff on new equipment· Ensures equipment reliability by managing a preventative maintenance schedule that is implemented by directing technical staff to perform when and how to preform specific maintenanc

The Connector Account Manager position is responsible for managing connector customer accounts and acting as a liaison between our customer base, sales and marketing teams, and other functional groups within the business unit. The position will also determine pricing for our connector products through both market analysis and cost analysis. They will represent the company and act in the best interest of the company by insuring that the business goals and demands are met. They are the customer’s advocate and provide support for all day-to-day activities and requests that occur. Effectively support, communicate and flow down all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner resulting in customer satisfaction. The Cost Specialist II is responsible for verifying that products manufactured are authorized by APCBT’s QML listing and that customer requirements can be met thru military, industry, and customer specifications. This position is responsible for providing a complete quote package for all products, with a focus on rigid and rigid flex quotes, including the assembly of these product types.Duties/Responsibilities:· Work with Customer Service and/or Sales dept. to produce Quote Package with all information required to achieve an accurate unit cost, including the following:o Review Drawings, Specifications, SOW, Quality Codes, and other pertinent information.o Review referenced drawing specifications, and request missing documents through Sales/Customer Service.o Review hardware requirements to determine cost, availability, vendor, and lead time.o Evaluate customer needs against APC’s capabilities.· Generate a complete quote which includes the following: NRE (tooling) costs, lead time, exceptions, material/hardware cost, vendor charges, labor cost, and sell price.· Provide technical support for quoting rigid and rigid flex composites.· Provide alternate quotes offering cost reductions to improve profitability.· Calculate costing rule formulas.· Request material pricing from vendors.· Provide cost analysis for Sales and/or Management.· Performs costing exercises.· Remain current with all manufacturing processes, including assembly.· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Requirements:· Associate’s Degree in Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or a minimum of five years’ experience in manufacturing with: flexible circuit fabrication, rigid flex and PWB fabrication, including assembly processes.· Must be able to read and interpret technical prints.· Computer knowledge and strong Math skills ar

The Data Visualization Analyst will review existing reports and tools with a strong emphasis on finding compelling ways to present information to internal audiences. Work closely with business systems group evaluating new technology and techniques.
