They will apply analytical and communication skills to assist customers in their product development process and provide on-site support as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Program Managers to provide technical support, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth. Interface with customers, identify their needs, and develop differentiated solution. Support key account strategy by developing partnership with customer’s technical resources and providing subject matter expertise. Provide on-site product support and/or training to customers and sales channels. Present technology concepts to customers and/or sales channels in support of pre-sales activities. Support quoting activities with product configurations, cost analysis, and specification review.
