Come join our growing team! We are recruiting for a 3rd shift Machine Operator to run CNC Machines. We are looking for candidates with experience running CNC Machines in a Machine Shop environment. Hours for the position are Monday – Thursday, 8:30 pm – 6:30 am (10 hours per day) with training on 1st Shift for 1-2 months. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs basic operations on all CNC Machines with the direction of the CNC Machinist Effectively loads and unloads part from fixtures in accordance with the applicable Work Instructions Monitors proper coolant and other fluid levels in the CNC Machines Ensures that we are maintaining the highest quality standards at all times Completes necessary deburring on completed parts Observes CNC Machines to detect excessive wear or malfunction Notifies the Production supervisor of material shortages Identifies potential Non-Conforming Material and brings it to the CNC Machinists attention Maintains organization and cleanliness in the machine shop Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisorJob Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience running CNC Machines in a Machine Shop environment Excellent mechanical aptitude Excellent problem solving skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

The Electrical Design Engineer Manager leads the US Design Engineering and Configurations team at the Grand Rapids, MI and Arizona facilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Provide leadership and ongoing coaching to the Engineering team dedicated to supporting production.· Establish objectives, schedules and priorities for Design Engineering activities.· Plan and coordinate required resources for the Design Engineering teams in Michigan and Arizona.· Leads multiple engineering projects covering the company’s range of technology and product areas.· Leads the Design and development of complete devices that integrate mechanical, electrical/electronic components· Designs schematics, analysis, and simulation of electronic circuits· Performs reliability, maintainability, environmental & safety analysis (ex. Our Electronics Assemblers work in a clean, temperature controlled environment and perform work while seated.  We offer a great benefit package and a unique full-time work schedule with every other Friday off. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assembles electronic circuit boards by installing components using soldering equipment and other small tools. We are recruiting for a Production Cell Lead who will be responsible to assist the Production Supervisor by providing leadership and support to Grand Rapids Wire Prep and Nogales incoming cable assemblies (Cell 66 & 67) The Production Cell Lead is responsible to provide technical support to troubleshoot, debug and repair machines to ensure production is running at full capacity.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helps train and support  team members on processes and machines. Answers questions and helps solve problems within the  cell. Ensures all team members are properly trained to read Op cards, Work instructions, and comply with Safety and Team Member Handbook policies. Ensures team members have resources to complete their roles, including tools and training. Works with the Supervisor to ensure production schedules are met. Allocates labor within the cell to ensure labor is effectively used. Makes decisions regarding sharing and/or requesting labor with other cells based on daily production needs. Assists with team member performance evaluations. Assists with team member timesheets to ensure they are complete and correct. Assists with operating and providing technical support for all appropriate equipment.
