We are recruiting for a  Program Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to facilitate the efficient delivery of products and services. The Program Manager leads a cross-functional team that includes members from sales, engineering, purchasing and operations to provide excellent customer service and achieve program objectives for delivery, cost and quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages customer programs from purchase order though final delivery. Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery of projects. Establishes and cultivates excellent customer relationships. Serves as the primary interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information.   Works with Engineering and Operations Teams to ensure quality products are produced per customer specifications. Works with Operations and Planning Teams to confirm appropriate delivery dates. Regularly communicates with and updates customers regarding program progress, delivery dates, and metrics. Helps problem solve pricing and/or delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.  Maintains and monitors Issues Register for each program to ensure timely resolution of all open actions.  Performs risk management and escalates to management appropriately. Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures. Ensures that the Company has appropriate legal documentation for all contractual obligations. Ensures that all technical communications and shipments to customers are in compliance with ITAR. We are recruiting for an exciting entry-level sales position in the aerospace industry. The Sales Specialist supports the Business Development Managers and Amphenol Sales Team members to drive completion and closure of bidding activities. The Sales Specialist works with the Pricing and Engineering teams to gather and communicate information to the Sales team members and customers. The Sales Specialist helps drive sales by assisting Business Development Managers to research and pursue opportunities with current and new customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Work with Business Development Managers to help coordinate activities with the Amphenol Sales team· Work with the Purchasing team, Engineering team, Suppliers and Customers to facilitate bid opportunities· Assist with the preparation of proposals and communicate to customers· Provide pricing and technical assistance to both internal and external customers· Help facilitate the effective hand-off of information from bid to contract performance phase· Facilitate pricing opportunities in a timely manner· Research the defense, aerospace and space market conditions to determine potential business opportunities· Help develop, deliver, and maintain marketing and sales materials· Participate in launch support teams· Provide excellent Customer Service to external customers to ensure a high level of customer supportQualifications/Requirements· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline, strongly preferred· 2 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing, strongly preferred· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint· 10% Travel
