Provide and maintain metrics and reports on departmental activity. Recommend and work on improvements in organization, procedures and processes. Responsibilities include coordinating activities to achieve our department and divisional goals, expedite priorities and work with the Material Planners to schedule workload and train, develop and monitor the hourly workforce. Amphenol Pcd is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Cable Technician for our Prototype lab in our Beverly, MA location. Job Summary The basic function of the Manufacturing Cable Technician is to perform first assembly piece builds and create build instruction documentation for manufacturing. Provide written and verbal technical support to assembly manufacturing as needed. Assists the Manufacturing Engineer in managing first piece cable builds.
